Pricing Policy
How product prices, delivery fees, discounts, and payment totals are calculated.

Displayed prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price displayed when checkout is created is used unless there is an obvious pricing error. Online prices and promotions may differ from those in a physical store or on another marketplace.
Weight and variable products
Products sold by estimated weight may vary slightly from the displayed weight. Where variable-weight charging is used, the final price will reflect the actual supplied weight and will be shown in the final order record.
Fees and discounts
Delivery fees, service fees, discounts, and loyalty redemptions are itemised before payment. The server recalculates the basket using current catalogue data before asking Stripe to collect payment, and that confirmed amount overrides any stale browser total.
Promotions and errors
Coupons and promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw an offer, correct an obvious error, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an affected order before fulfilment. We will never charge a corrected higher amount without your confirmation.
