Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases made through NammaShop in the United Kingdom.

Last updated: 7 June 2026

1. About these terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

NammaShop may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only after payment is authorised and we send confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, delivery is not possible, payment fails, or fraud is suspected.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging, country of origin, ingredients, and weight may change, so always check the delivered product label before use.

3. Products, substitutions and availability

All products are subject to availability. Where enabled, a suitable substitute may be offered for an unavailable grocery item. You can reject an unwanted substitute in accordance with the delivery instructions supplied with your order.

Age-restricted products may require valid photographic identification at delivery. We may refuse delivery where age or identity cannot be verified.

4. Payment, promotions and rewards

Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the confirmed total. Promotional codes, referral discounts, and loyalty points are subject to eligibility checks, expiry dates, minimum spends, and anti-fraud controls.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly stated, and may be reversed when an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or found to breach promotion rules.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times. Please ensure someone can safely receive chilled, frozen, fragile, or age-restricted goods. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or person you nominated.

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the product and circumstances. Perishable goods and opened hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation, while your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable use and liability

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, exploit offers, or interfere with checkout and payment systems.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections in the part of the UK where they live.
